For anybody that has not taken the plunge in purchasing this book, I can highly recommend its content. An excellent gift from my wife & I have not put it down since the 25th. Well done!

I was pleased to receive your book, it was a Christmas present from my wife. I have been looking at it over the last few days and, what can I say, it is truly amazing and is the most stunning collection of high quality Dinky pictures I have seen in my life. Congratulations on all the hard work in producing a masterpiece which I shall treasure. Every member of the DTCA should own one of these without a doubt!

Being born in 1948, I share the same passion for Dinky Toys and mirror your era of the late 1940's through to the 60's, which, as you say, is the golden age. It is like owning a giant HD collection of Dinky catalogues - I wish I could buy them all! Also each sections lead page with delightful Dinky scenes are a joy.

Thanks very much for book received today, it is a very nice production and I am very pleased with it. Thanks also for the very quick delivery.

Sitting here turning the pages, I have a permanent smile on my face, the pictures are bringing back many happy memories, especially as Christmas approaches. Congratulations on an excellent publication.

The best pictures I have seen in a Dinky book. A must for every serious collector.

I just received my copy in the mail yesterday, and can say I am thoroughly impressed with your effort! I immediately sat down and spent a couple of hours slowly going through it, page by page. For those of you who have not seen it yet, it is a photo collection of post-war Dinky's from Binn's Road through to about 1960, what many of us consider to be the 'Golden Age' of Dinky Toys. The photos are high resolution, large format, with superb colour rendition, and the models shown are either mint or like new. Just beautiful and he has captured the unique charm of these wonderful little toys from our childhood so well. I would certainly recommend it to any serious Dinky collector or fan.

It is indeed a high quality book with top class photographs. I love the way you make most of them reflect the format of the catalogues of the time. Great idea! I also agree with you that the first fifteen-year post-war period was the classic era for Dinky Toys. You have captured it exactly right.

A fabulous Dinky book. The layout, photography and coverage are all together a top job. Congratulations.
